The class includes online components as well as materials for you to download and print.

Online, you will watch a series of video presentations followed by questions that you must successfully answer to finish the course and receive your Certificate of Completion.

After you complete all of the course elements, the system will create a Certificate of Completion for you to print. The course videos will remain available to you to review anytime over the next 12 months by logging into your account.
